Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your fashion items meet your expectations.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Shoe Accessories (insoles, shoe care products)
  • Slippers & Ugg Boots (due to intimate foot contact)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or custom-made items
Note: All other fashion items including boots, clothing, coats, jackets, jeans, knitwear, and other footwear are eligible for returns and exchanges within the specified timeframe.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Returns Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Processing
    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund Amount

You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll process a refund instead.

For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Our error in processing your order

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), international returns are accepted following the same process. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
